Using Ofgem aver 28 sc/(34-10) = 1.2 kW.
12p gas 40p electric etc
Less than 1 oven meal I guess
Although there are likely to be efficiency qurstions re hob etc
Gas heat always leaks around a pot - the right sized pan electric hob less so.
But if paying for heating, that's less heat in winter, but the OP is unmetered so not an issue0
