Please Help! Highview Parking are taking me to court. Will i get a CCJ if i i lose?

    Sorry, that i am confusing you - I definitely don't mean to and really need some help! But i genuinely cannot remember filling anything in, but as mentioned above i must have? The nightmare is this was from 2017 and a lot has happened since including me recovering from Cancer. 

    Going forward and not wishing to annoy anyone - but i need my Witness Statement done and posted by tomorrow. Should i just put what i thought was my defence?

    If you can get a decent WS in asap, you probably have a chance that this scam operated on behalf of the claimant by DCB Legal, it will end up as many of these similar ones, in this thread:

    DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS

    You could show us the WS from DCB Legal as that looks like it was submitted already and you have a copy. It will at least give someone on here a chance at aiding you to get your WS usable.

    sorry for not knowing the acronyms but what is MCOL and who is CCBC? happy to ring anyone to help my case.

    CCBC = County Court Business Centre - the people that send you the County Court Claim some time ago. Their telephone number is on your County Court Claim Form.

    MCOL = MoneyClaimsOnLine.

    You really need to start helping yourself you seem to want spoon feeding two second search would reveal:
    MCOL= Money Claim On Line
    CCBC= County Court Business Centre

    You could of course phone the Manchester County Court - your hearing court - and ask them to email a copy of your Defence to you.

    Whatever you do, you need to do it quickly.
