    Then we will have no way of knowing what you can put in your witness statement until you get a copy of your defence emailed to you (hopefully) by a kind clerk at your court.

    Your witness statement deadline clock is ticking so getting your 'lost' defence emailed to you is urgent.

    I doubt the court claim was filed 2 years ago?

    Did you try this 7 March at 3:39PM <<< LINK and what happened when you looked on your MCOL status page and when you phoned CCBC?  You get to MCOL by logging on with your Government Gateway Account details.

    Long story short: i had conversations about settling out of court butHighview wanted an extortionate amount of money. So i refused and went to court. i defended myself and won the case.
