Please Help! Highview Parking are taking me to court. Will i get a CCJ if i i lose?

    @DebbyBM when you get a moment, you really need to re-read the Newbies thread, the second post in particular, which explains all the steps. There is a section titled "What you must do and by when".

    Yes thanks and i realise i have left it very late to be seeking advice when the WS has to be sent tomorrow. But lessons learned! while i am doing that i am also going to google how to write a witness statement as this is all like a foreign language to me!

    Look for the examples by @aphex007 and @SJRRJS.

    You are probably right It is so frustrating because i have been on hold for 20 mins then it went to a ringing tone! why have me on hold if closed?! i will have to ring first thing tomorrow

    We are not asking you to remember some sort of appeal you did or didn't do way back in 2017.

    We are just asking what you put as a defence when you got the court claim in 2022. Surely you kept a copy of what you put on the form or online?

    i will have kept something but then having not heard for a good while (possibly a couple of years) i presumed they written it off and i binned all paperwork when decorating.
