Yes if they are past 6 years.
If they sent a letter on 31 Jan giving you 30 days to respond, then the second one will indeed fall away.
You can then send the LBC response (see NEWBIES thread) on 1st March which will tie them up more and might see it go away for more months.
Keep responding and asking questions. Not fast. Always on the last possible day.
