Problems cashing alternative fuel voucher.

Thank you for understanding the situation. I am asking for someone else so can't give out too much personal information. Have tried contacting supplier but they are being sluggish at responding. Looks like they will just have to keep trying to ger their bank added to the list. Thanks to all.

If you read below especially the forms of ID could you not do this for your friend?

Carers do this for housebound individuals.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. It really is mostly a transport issue: rural area bus service infrequent. There are other considerations but as I say I can't go in to too much detail. Trying to get supplier to send a cheque instead. at least it can be mailed to the bank.
