Yes kk, it does help.
This morning was a lazy start and then gardening to 1pm then out the fur by 20 past to take dd into town to get a few things. Turned into quite a stressful trip, but ask items were bought.
Mackrel and salad and sweet potato chips for tea, so nice and easy!
Not much money saving going on. Although I didn't spend any, except 2 samosas to eat on the way home ( bit too spicy mind)!

Hi Flowerpot, just dropping by to say that I too am loving the positivity in your recent posts, and to share my favourite overnight oat recipe:
50g of porridge oats (I like the Organic ones from Ald!)
10g chia seeds
10g milled mixed nuts (Optional. I use Linwood's and only buy when on offer)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Half a mashed banana
100ml of milk (I use Alpr0 No Sugars)
Mix all the above and leave overnight.
In the morning, top with the other half of the banana (sliced) and some 0% fat Greek yogurt. Enjoy.

I would have banana if we had some and we will for tomorrows breakie, so Ill add that in. I dont tend to have oats as they dont seem to agree with me. And actually 2 tbsp of chai seeds with the toppings really fills me up. Everything else is eyed balled !!♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025

Morning
Juice and 30min meditation done
Feeling a bit anxious as its dentist day today. ( the very very expensive root canal job!) last time I had root canal work I ended up in hospital for 5 days and in so much pain! It can't happen twice can it, no, if course not. But it's still at the back of my mind however much I positive talk myself 🤣🤣
I have a job list, so I'm gong to crack on.
I am going to do a little weeding later on after the dentist, depending on how I feel 🤔♥️ ♥️ ♥️🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Decluttering 2025 So far 403 / 2025
