Thanks kk, hugs appreciated. 
Been finding to hard last couple of days.
However, it's a gorgeously sunny day, although bitterly cold.
DS2 went back to up north uni last night probably explains at least partly why I felt a bit down. Their sheets are washed and currently drying in the radiators.
I purchased for new supplements yesterday, which I'm going will give me a boost! Including a mushroom mix. 🤞They will help!!
I didn't have a very good night, I woke at 3 and felt all twitchy, nearly got up to sleigh on the sofa, but managed to relax and go back off, finally. 
I'm wondering it this was the mushrooms!! I don't normally get like that, it was odd. 
Anyway I'll see how it goes today and tomorrow! 
I need to message a list for today, otherwise it will be completely wasted.

Delutter more stuff, need to choose an area and sort it.
Clean windows in 1 or 2 rooms Done 1 window in lounge, DS2s 1 window 4 in porch and the front door, in and out , Still need to do the inner door and glass side panel

Meal plan Done most of 2 weeks planned and BONUS job!, a Tosco order for delivery sorted

Mushroom you need to start small and increase dosage on it. My friend sold me some super expensive mushroom remedy along with some cacao and I didn't like the mushrooms 🍄 gave them to another friend in the end. But they also had a weird effect on me. I'm tempted to try them again now I'm not in the midst of hot flushes and meno...

I had a horrid day yesterday too think there was something in the air. I succumbed to the take Away though. Although I had put It into the meal plan TBF and also budgeted for it. (I knew we'd want it first week back in Jan 🤣 it was a good call!)

I’m with @debtfreewannabe321, there’s something in the air - both Mr KK and I slept badly last night too 🙄🤷‍♀️ Annoying! 

Get the toilets over and done with early and then you need something fun on your list to offset them! 😉

This was a prepared drink with 10 diff mushoroom powdered with cocoa and cafferin. Was like a hot chocolate, but a little nutty / gritty. Quite nice and drinkable, but too much sweetener! I will look for a different option when Ive finished this bag!!

Sounds like the take away was well deserved after a horrid day. So sorry to hear about those miscreants !! They need to be removed from the school permenatly!

So I wasnt to only one to who had a bad night!! Sorry to hear you both suffered lat night too!

Toilets are done as are the windows, one of my 25 in 25 ~ So many windows in this house!!!! and as we dont have a window cleaner, they have been rather neglected (read that as completely neglected!) Anyway 6 windows and the door which has 4 glass panes, so I'll count it as 7 / 25!! Meal plan and food order. Now resting and I am going to try and read a bit of a book I picked up, one of my sisters Journey of souls ~ interesting so far, all about past lives and what it is like over the otherside, a topic I am fascinated by!

I had a lovely evening out lady night with the forest school gang I used to work with. 
Haven't seen them for a year, one lives near me so I offered to drive her and she bought me a drink, so that was good and I had a prawn sandwich with chips £11.45.😬
Pub menus seem so expensive these days. 😳😳 But I didn't have a pud or any further drinks and it was lovely to catch up.

Didn't sleep that week again, I'm sure it's the mushrooms, it took me a while to go off to sleep, could have been because I'd been out, but my brain was awake. 
And then i was awake again at 3 am. Not usual for me at all. I'm going to have 1 more day of the mushroom drink and I'll stop it if it does the same thing tonight!

So had 3 nights of not good sleep! so I've left off the mushroom drink today to wee how tonight goes. I'm sure it's having an effect, and it's meant to give you more energy and focus. Shame I'm not really noticing it during the day, only at night!!! 

Today was an art day I'm gong to try and get in the studio and paint on a Monday as I'm not at the clinic. I now have 7 paintings on the go, ask at different stages, but the layers take a long time to dry because it's blooming cold. 3.5 degrees when I went in, managed to get it up to 11 at one point with a little heater. I went and and out during the day so I didn't get to cold. 
I also had a tidy up and decluttered a load of paintings and frames and had a bad fit the cs
Declutter numbers are now 179 / 2025
