Sorry the gift had to be returned and to hear the oven door fell off. They just don't make things like they used to.

Have a look at the NHD low income scheme, it's worth 10 mins of time to do the app if it helps cover some / all of the script costs and other things.

Take all the bereavement support available.

Also have a look to see if anyone local is offering menopause massages, even local colleges as apparently that's supposed to make a huge difference.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

    Thanks daisy and mf
    I really appreciate your replies.
I suppose I just hate to accept that I haven't voted very well with it. My, stuck it up and carry approach doesn't seem to have worked!

Anyway, had work today. Dentist tomorrow to find out what to do about yet another tooth! Hopefully this is the last problem one!!
Otherwise a query day when a list of jobs I need to do!!

    🌞☀️Gratefuls today☀️🌞
I am grateful that I made time to do a mediation this morning before work
I am grateful I watched the pottery throw down, I blooming love it. Hardly watch any tele at all, but will be watching this series again!
I am grateful for the sun shining and the blue sky we had nearly all day. Much needed.
Also for the lovely fire I got going this evening x

49 pages 😳 I thought someone in the 'professional' realm did that for you. I've read through quite a few of these in the last few weeks don't forget even the simplest things in there. They all count.

I feel grief for my little dog never mind if it was family that had passed. Don't dismiss grief in whatever form it comes. Perhaps it could be helpful to try journalling every time it hits you and meditating on the grief. Perhaps there is stuck emotion that needs to be processed for it to feel at peace within you again? https://youtu.be/qB6KKQRQzXs?si=fP1iWZgBdVzsi9l2 something like that might be helpful (many others on there but I like his voice it's soothing).

Hope the dentist trip is okay 🤞🏻

Well turns out a heck of a lot of it was repeated! Plus they even put the wrong child name in.!
    Not a great start, 😕

    Oh crikey,
Went to dentist £125 for consultation on problem tooth, they took a scan and said either extraction or root canal, which I already knew. I really want to avoid another extraction as I've had 3 now in the last 12 months!
But root canal will be £1165!!!!!!!
This is crazy money! I was referred to sspecialist because the roots are long and its right up next to the sinuses eek!

Didn't book it, came home to think about it, went to put my shepherds pie in the oven, guess what the door did 😭😭😭
So the fix didn't work, now it's either a new door or a new oven! The door are over£150!!
Not the best day, I really, really want to order a take away! But the hob is still OK as it's the air fryer!
It was amish mash use up tea, so the burgers can still be done and the chips in the air fryer, but the salmon on croutes and shepherd's pie are going to have to be swapped!,, poo💩

Oh no flowers you are having no luck at the moment. If you have a microwave could you warm the shepherds pie in a non metal dish then brown the top under the grill (if you have one) ?

Sorry to hear about your teeth
