I still haven’t had anything at all back about this, does this seem correct or should I chase with someone?
Thanks0 -
I think chase up both emails. There's a lot of money at stake here that you've already paid.EthanCL said:I’ve done this now and paid the £14 fee, they didn’t want to take payment and were directing me to my local court but insisted and it’s now gone throughPRIVATE 'PCN'? You need to refer to the twelve step guide you should be following in the template defence sticky Announcement. This will tell you precisely what to do next.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

No, this is a CCJ set aside and 'stay the writ' application by the OP who has already been rinsed for nearly two grand by bailiffs:Fruitcake said:You need to refer to the twelve step guide you should be following in the template defence sticky Announcement. "As you can imagine this came as a massive shock and I felt threatened in my own house, I was home alone with my 5 month old son and had this guy telling me I owed them £1798 and if I didn’t pay within 10 minutes these fee would increase.
if I didn’t make payment they would start removing my possession from my house."This court letter is good news. For £14 the OP will now get a hearing and a chance to reverse all this, hopefully.
There won't be a Directions Questionnaire. The OP needs to await Directions from the local court and show us those.
do I need to do anything with this or prepare anything?Wait a week then email the local court with any dates you cannot attend a hearing (= work commitments, Holidays, adding a few 'unavailable' days either side as you do not want a court hearing the day before or after a family celebration or travelling!).PRIVATE 'PCN'?
