I think chase up both emails.  There's a lot of money at stake here that you've already paid.

No, this is a CCJ set aside and 'stay the writ' application by the OP who has already been rinsed for nearly two grand by bailiffs:

This court letter is good news.  For £14 the OP will now get a hearing and a chance to reverse all this, hopefully.

There won't be a Directions Questionnaire.  The OP needs to await Directions from the local court and show us those.

Wait a week then email the local court with any dates you cannot attend a hearing (= work commitments, Holidays, adding a few 'unavailable' days either side as you do not want a court hearing the day before or after a family celebration or travelling!).

all money was refunded at the start of the week!

Just want to thank everyone for all your input in helping me with this as I literally didn’t know what to do and would have more than likely just left it thinking I was in the wrong!!
