Everything, absolutely everything, must be done in the name of the named Defendant.

For example, to help with this you might want to set up an email address based on his name. You can manage it as if you were him.
    Thanks

So ive just completed the MCOL Acknowledgment Of Service form.

correct me if im wrong but i believe i now have to send a SAR form to the PPC?

It's back to reading more of the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

You're surely not expecting someone to pick out the next sentence there and post it on your thread, are you?

You were not meant to email Gladstones.  The case is not at LBC stage.

You know what to do at claim stage after the AOS because the NEWBIES thread sets it all out...and anyway you know what's next...the Defendant has a court claim, so DEFEND.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

it states on the Newbies Thread to email solictor aswell.

As well as the SAR to the parking firm's DPO, also write another email, if they are using Gladstones, DCLegal, BW Legal or other solicitor.
    Your email tells the solicitor:
    (a) I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
    (b) I have sent your client a SAR
    (c) also confirm your correct 'address for service' if you've moved and the PPC has two addresses.

no i dont expect exactly what to do next but just some guidance. i am a bit slow so it isnt very clear to me on what to do next. am i supposed to email the Land owner or the parking company. its gotten this far so they wont cancel will they.

"What if your LBC-stage complaint to the landowner doesn't get the PCN cancelled?

You'll probably get a court claim (no worries - scam soon over, no risk) and the results of the SAR will help, as it shows you their evidence early = easier to defend.

If you get a court claim, don't panic, c99% of defendants here, win!

You do not get a CCJ even if you lose, if you pay within 30 days of judgment, nothing stays on the register (credit record). No 'risk' as long as you don't miss court deadlines, you may as well defend and fight!"

My case is already at LBC stage. sorry if its basic but im confused atm, if i didnt need help i wouldnt be on this forum, i thank you in advance for your patience.

Yep that's under the  LBC stage advice.

You are not at LBC stage and obviously cannot ask for the claim to be put 'on hold'. It's a court claim.

You don't get a response to your acknowledgement and yes, you MUST now just do the defence. I assume @KeithP has given you the defence deadline on page one of your thread already.

You are not at DQ stage.

If you've carefully read IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN in the second post of the NEWBIES thread (in red capitals, to grab new posters' attention)  then you'll understand and be better prepared for the court procedures and stages.

I think you need to re-read that section then go and grab the template defence.

If you are doing this on a phone: DON'T!

    Indeed he did.   ;)

On 21 February at 8:21PM - two whole weeks ago - I wrote on this very thread...
When I wrote that you had nearly four weeks to produce a Defence.
You now have less than two weeks - still plenty of time.
