Hi guys. Hope everyone is well.
I am writing this post on behalf of my father.
So he got a ticket from a company called Parallel Parking and he didn't pay and just ignored all letters and court threats etc.
He has just recieved A letter from the County Court Business Centre 4th Floor St Katherine's House Northampton NN1 2LH.
The issue is the letter and court stamp on the letter looks very fake and pixilated. However if you go on the reviews of this company people have been getting alot of CCJs from this company. The company address is not even a proper court. Its a business centre.
Can anyone please advise if they've had a dealing with this company or if they have ever got a CCJ from this company.

Was this letter accompanied by a County Court Claim Form?
If so what is the Issue Date on that form?
Google will be able to tell you whether that letter is genuine or not. It will also be able to tell you more about the CCBC too.2 -
Yes there is a Claim Form attached in the Envelope. There is also a password for a moneyclaim.gov.uk
Letter arrived today 21/2/2023 but issue date is 15/2/2023 .
How can I check on Google? Complete noob here.0 -

You have received a REAL county court claim and now need to defend the claim.
Where did this parking event take place and who is the PPC and who are the solicitors acting for them?
You must now go and read, re-read, digest and understand all the steps as advised and explained in the Newbies thread near the top of this forum.1 -

You could, for example, ask google what does a genuine claim form look like?
You told us the name and address of the sender. What did google show you when you put County Court Business Centre in it?
There's a phone number on that Claim Form. See what google tells you about that.
Anyway, enough about basic internet searching.Kshah786 said:Yes there is a Claim Form attached in the Envelope. There is also a password for a moneyclaim.gov.uk
Letter arrived today 21/2/2023 but issue date is 15/2/2023 .With a Claim Issue Date of 15th February, you have until Monday 6th March to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 20th March 2023 to file your Defence. That's almost four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -

Everything, absolutely everything, must be done in the name of the named Defendant.
For example, to help with this you might want to set up an email address based on his name. You can manage it as if you were him.2 -
Yes, the AOS must be done using the Defendant's Gateway details.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
