That is a letter/court order for the claimant and you are the defendant.  No action for you to take until you receive amended particulars of claim (POC) and then you can submit an amended defence which will answer the new POC.  Keep an eye on it and if you do not receive the new POC by 20th February, advise the court and request the case is struck out.

Hello everyone and sorry to be a pain . 4 months forward from my last post - the DQ is filed at last and UKPC's claim transferred to my local county court . UKPC tried on 3 occasions to contact me via some automated line that put me on hold and I hanged up . Once I had a brief call from a woman asking I would be interested to settle outside court I said no and she hanged up . Today I have received this letter !!! Would some please have a look and explain to me what that means ? It seems they demand them to do something regarding the case and not me ? Thanks
So, Manchester Court has declared the claim inadequately pleaded, and in fact this order strikes the claim out but hands the C a lifeline to add to the claim pleadings and carry on.

That's a shame. Show us if & when they do.
