Hi again, after a long time and attempting to send the directions questionaire many times , they claimed they couldn't open the PDF that my home computer and mobile would open !!! Then I had send it on printed form viaa royal mail signed for and Nottingham small claims court signed for it to the right department . Today I see this on the money claim online website :

General sanctions order was made on 04/09/2023

What does that mean ? Any idea ?

It means ring up the CCBC (or CNBC as they are now known) - number on your Claim Form - and ask them.
Insist that you have done everything right.

    P.s. they're in Northampton not Nottingham.  ;)

It means it' gives you you another 7 days to submit the n180..no need to ring them now
Get a friend to fill the form in on pdf and email it

Ok for the past 2 months I have been sending this document on pdf that they claim it doesn't open .... Sent it to my mates and they could open and read it ... All of them .. then I tried sending JPG every page they said they won't accept it . Then I sent it signed for royal mail each page printed and I got a signature . Now I got sanctions ND I don't know What to do !!!! When I try ringing them they won't answer the phone . I am stressed beyond belief and I reckon it's a set up to get a CCJ against me and I have to pay that ... Any advice what I can do ? I am currently abroad for a week too !!!!

Nowhere does it tell you to send anything by "signed for" post. If you're going to use Royal Mail, use the free "proof of posting" service from any post office.

Perhaps another read of the Newbies/FAQ to refresh your memory of what to do and how to do it is in order.

    You replied to me.
I told you exactly what to do yet you chose to ignore it?
Why ask what to do when it's very very clear.
    The mind boggles

I have re - completed and re - sent the pdf to them . I don't ignore your instructions . Why should I get a friend involved to do it ?

Perhaps because it was suspected your computer/device has a problem creating usable pdfs.

Hello everyone and sorry to be a pain . 4 months forward from my last post - the DQ is filed at last and UKPC's claim transferred to my local county court . UKPC tried on 3 occasions to contact me via some automated line that put me on hold and I hanged up . Once I had a brief call from a woman asking I would be interested to settle outside court I said no and she hanged up . Today I have received this letter !!! Would some please have a look and explain to me what that means ? It seems they demand them to do something regarding the case and not me ? Thanks
