I have had a fairly grotty weekend of feeling tired and unwell, probably because of this high blood pressure.  I have just rung the GP surgery (when I got through a few seconds after their 8.00 opening, I was 105th in the queue) and am now awaiting a call back from one of the doctors.   [ETA: just had the call and the DR has asked me to come in for a face-to-face at 12.00.)  I am not going back to cardio rehab until I feel better.

This morning I have also
- FUPA clean washing
- showered and dressed
- eaten breakfast
- loaded the DW and S&S'd the worktops and sink
- cleared the floordrobe in my BR
- made my bed
- dusted the leaves of the two orchids (real ones) that stand on top of my c-o-d: there is only one flower left on the maroon one, but the white one has two flowers open today and more buds to follow  
- written a birthday card, but when I go out I need to buy two more for DGS3+4 so that I can post all three together in one big envelope
- eaten breakfast
- rung cardio rehab and given my excuses for today.

Will get on with admin for the next hour: bank, website, add school holiday dates to my diary.
This afternoon I have a meeting with my boss (it could be a difficult one).

So, this morning I have:
Got dressed
Had a brew and breakfast 
Made my bed
Sploshed bleach down the loo 
WULTD 
Fed the birds
Put out the recycling 
Shuffled the laundry 
Put away the airer
Booked Feargal in for his MOT next month
Been to H@lfords and bought a rear number plate 🐸 (nothing like a deadline to encourage me to get a roundtuit 😉)
Been to Home B@rgains for wash pods, softener, soap and toilet rolls - because I needed them and HB is on the same retail park as H@lfords ( being mse with petrol 😇)
Checked when my driving licence needs renewing - June
Noted that I can't update my driving licence online because I don't have a passport!  I am a non-person 🤣

Kitchen Worktop Clearance:
Sellotape & dispenser put in stationery cupboard. 
P dropped off some wid bird seed this morning and commented on the emerging worktop. It's nice when someone notices 😁

I've booked a table at the village pub on Saturday to treat DS and GF to a belated Christmas/ birthday tea. Nom nom.

Time for a sammidge and a few chapters of my latest book. I'm rereading the Famous Five series...about to start number 12.

OH collected from airport, however his hold suitcase seems still to be on its holidays!, so between texting me to tell me, he filled in a form, gave them an ear full, got told 'we will find it and courier it to you', I brought him home, he is sleep.

Kaz, on my way home from the Dr, I spotted a lonely suitcase leaning up against a lamppost with no sign of an owner anywhere, and a long way from a bus stop or any houses.  Maybe it's your OH's? Black with coloured flashes, if I remember rightly!

Doctor's check-up decluttered: give the increased dose of meds a week, and see how we go.
One birthday card delivered by hand to one of the Old Wives.
Age 8 and 10 birthday cards bought, signed and stamped - I will have to go out again to catch the last post.
Paperwork scanned and printed out for this afternoon's meeting.
Bacon sandwiches made and scoffed.

Now off to get 30min zzz.

New DW installed.. run through a 'clean' cycle and now washing pots.. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I nearly wet myself with glee while filling it!

SS are sending someone round to assess SIL's competency as a carer.. and check on the oldies OHs stepsis also called and we are meeting up on Sunday when we dump children on someone and head off in that direction.. This old parent thing sucks.. glad I only talk to one of mine and she will be a cantankerous old witch and has had a DNR for yonks and she can do it all herself.. my sister can deal with her.. I will do the shopping.

Pigpen I feel lazy hearing all you do….I’ve not washed breakfast pots yet so going to wait till kids in so can do their lunch stuff too at same time 😂

1 interview secured for Friday….it’s a start I guess 😂

Iona, that made me laugh, the missing case has been found, and has now landed to the right airport, and is going to be sent here. (OH is watching an app they sent him) so I gues sis likely to arrive tomorrow.
