Good evening 😊WI committee meeting hosted last night, so LR was tidy. DH put the DW on this morning - I still haven't emptied it 😕 Paid stuff today, so I have been picking up toys. 1 is potty training - 1st day at mine in pants - all good so far. Mum of the other one said she is thinking of potty training as well. I suggested pull-ups for this week as she can be a bit stubborn & we had a poonami this afternoon!! My carpet will thank me later 😂 3rd one seems to have cracked it, so that is good 👍 This is the trouble with having three the same age!!Work admin done - well, WIP anyway. WI treasurer admin still a WIP. It will be good when I finally get the year end done (problems with record keeping at the start of last year). I think I will email the independent financial examiner tomorrow for advice....SW attended - put on 1/2 lb. I need to shift a stone, so need to get my head in the game. Mcds eaten for dinner - whoops!!Hugs, sticks and spoons to those that need them. Night night all x10

Gloriously sunshiny spring day here.. lots of laundry to hang out..
1 V!nted parcel to fling
I will resort to yesterdays plan of scrubbing the bathroom ceiling with my scrubby on a stick today I think.. I need to S&S kitchen and do DW and stuff first.. and gather laundry from the front room.
I don't think it will take too long to get through the BR it isn't 2m square and has 1 ceiling, half a visible floor and 2.5 walls..
cuppa first while I check here and bank and shuffle money if needed. Glad it is Friday tomorrow.. bills get paid!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)7 -
Hello.
I was quite pleased with some of the things I did yesterday. Cleaned cupboard fronts, cutlery drawer and sorted a cupboard.
Today I have done work shift, walked dog and dailies and then had a lie down as just feel wretched.
Tomorrow is another day.Spend less now, work less later.10 -
I have now removed / loosened the moss on the roof at the back, and part of the garage roof, I need access via NDN to get to the other side of garage roof, my arms ache. There is a very small amount of moss on the house roof out the front, that can be for tomorrow!Plus the sun is out!!Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Hi all
Fayolle, thanks my love, good to know we are in this together! I worked from home today, 8 hours solid with only one phone call from a member of staff, bliss. I think I might have murdered someone if I had another day in the office. I have now done 33 of my 35 hours and there is still loads to do but I get into trouble if I keep racking up lieu hours. Anyway I am taking DS for his hospital treatment tomorrow, so that's my priority.
Three loads of washing done, the basket was full of things that didnt go together in the washing machine, so that's sorted. As Jazee says, tomorrow is another day.11 -
Evening all. Thursday appears to have become a regular quiet day on the thread.
Hope you feel better soon, Jazee x
Best wishes to your DS for tomorrow, YL x
Yay, Dizzy, you have already made it through more than halfway through half term weekx
With the GP's encouragement I went to cardio rehab yesterday, and despite taking it a bit easy in the gym, I got my best BP results yet!!!! (Exercise should lower the BP.) Pleased to say that I'm feeling better as the week progresses, though generally the BP figures are still too high. I am aware of Fayolle watching from afar with her waggy finger at the ready....
We had planned to take K and her daughters out today, but we've postponed that until Saturday as the girls had a party at Scouts tonight and were excited enough about that: I have no wish to encourage hyperactivity! Instead, DH and I went out with Rosie for a pub lunch, a walk in the woods and a wander round a GC where DH spent ££ on clothes that he really doesn't need and I spent precisely nothingRosie had a great time: she behaved impeccably in the pub, enjoyed sharing a bit of my battered fish, and then burnt off the calories as she bounded through the woods and raced round a little meadow which is frequented by badgers or maybe foxes - anyway, she was greatly excited by the smells. The sun shone all day, and there were patches of snowdrops and daffodils along the country roads and lambs in some of the fields.
I haven't done much flying apart from 5-,minute pick-ups, S&S of kitchen and bathroom, and bedmaking - but as we weren't here to see what hadn't been done, and nobody came into the house while we were out, I don't really care

Morning all.
Sounds like a lovely day Ionafan.
Up early for work. I'm full of cold again, sore throat and what is probably a chest infection. Oh joy!
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.10 -

job ticked off the Toots lost yesterday - new pipe collars around my bathroom towel rail pipes as the silver had been worn off the old pair. Only trouble is they come in packs of 10 so I have 8 spare. Might save a couple and eBay the other 6.
DW x 1, WM x 1.
