Do you feel you are getting somewhere by posting on here?
You've been posting for a week now so are you any further forward after getting replies from posters?
I'm just a bit concerned that you seem to have no income at all and are in danger of losing your job and home.
Have you tried to get an appointment at CAB?

The journal is yours, which you have access to. Earlier in the thread you mentioned a £20 earnings disregard which doesn't exist for UC. If you have children included in your claim then you will have the work allowance, which means a certain amount of earnings you receive each month is disregarded. As you're claiming for help with the rent then your work allowance will be £344/month.We don't seem to be getting anywhere fast with this thread. For this reason i agree with others and you need to get yourself some expert advice. This link will help you find an advice agency local to you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits

does anyone know having had my benefits have been witheld for six weeks whilst they decide, do they have to pay my rent or let me just be evicted, they are saying they have no responsibility to cover my rent whilst they are investigating so i am now £1000 in arrears and will get evicted.

For potential benefit fraud then yes they can suspend the whole UC claim. UC is one benefit made up of many different elements. Did you get some expert advice like you were advised?
