  • Hello Monday Morning,

I'm feeling the need for a re-set having unashamedly eating lots of Christmas chocolate yesterday whilst enjoying this year's Christmas novel and having a lazy day. This morning though I did as I usually do, felt really rubbish about it and so went out for a short C25K run and popped on a long overdue YT stretches video. I couldn't actually finish the video but feel a bit better for doing so.

Its another day at work, I need to book a hotel for this week and pack for this weeks travels. This is the only expected spends for the day.

    Happy " !!!!!! Van Dyke " day!

Just have to say what an amazing age he has reached! It was lovely to wake up to a positive news story covering this morning.

Well i'm back from a quick trip to the ciry to see my gorgeous little DS do his Christmas school performance & dance performance. Caught up with some friends and generally had a good day.

This weekend no real plans as such, house needs cleaning ready for kids to come next week and we need to stick the Christmas tree up in our little holiday let. Its my birthday tomorrow and we'll probably go for Sunday lunch and a walk. I bought some Christmas crafting kits which I have yet to start so that will be nice.

Money wise I did "shut my eyes" yesterday and bought myself and OH tickets to a concert next summer. On paper we probably shouldn't but the venue and artist was a fav of ours and why not! I need to do a catch up on my spends but at the moment giving myself a bit of a break on worrying about it.

Still doing surveys- this morning had a good start. Now sitting on £14.19 and £2.21 pending in Prolific. Monthly aim is £25 for reno & refurb.
