    Hi,

I have jut received a car parking ine rom Horizon or £51.00.

I didnt know I had to pay to park as I could see no signs anywhere and where I parked I was directy acing a buildng where I was to meet my riend .So I just parked and went in .

I have a blue badge which I displayed while parked ,have Autism and severally mentally impaired .Hubby in hospital with heart attack and 2 cardiac arrests , and I genuinely never saw any parking signs .

Apparently the pay and display machines are under cover in the shopping mall as well as the notices .

I never went into the mall or shopped,so saw or was aware of anything .

Just parked my car ,met my friend or a cuppa ,that's it .

    Any advice would be appreicated

Sorry for your situation, but you do need your own thread for this you have hijacked an old thread.

But Blue Badges are not valid in private car parks you certainly do not get free parking with them these days in most car parks. But the answers are in the sticky threads at the top of the forum.
