Has everybody else had to wait 3 months for Flux export credit to appear? I am aware that FiT payments are onl6 made every 3 months so am wondering if Octopus are confused.
Maybe your potential AI response could indeed be a little confused .... although sounds more like a human misunderstanding error to me
Just to confirm everything's setup and running right, try this sanity check: -
If your online Octopus account page doesn't show both import and export usage graphs and your export graph isn't listed as "Your tariff - Octopus Flux Export" under the graph, maybe it's the right time to send them a tweet1 -

Thank you for getting back to us. I can confirm that you have been on Flux Import since 21 March 2023 and you have been on Flux Export since 23 April 2024. You have been earning export payments since April and these will be credited they are usually credited every 3 months 🌝

Assuming that you copied and pasted the message from Octopus, it appears the issue might be the year "Flux Export since 23 April 2024"

So just under 6 weeks after starting the migration to Octopus I've just received the email from Octopus stating that my export electricity meter is now set up and that my export rates are now live (doesn't state Flux). As requested, I've sent Octopus a photo of my current export reading.
So I'm now looking forward to seeing how much the brightest two months of the year will offset my current and future import costs. However I can't see anything new on my mobile app and although my web portal now shows a new tile stating "flexible Octopus" against my new export MPAN number, I suppose the "live" data will take a while to trickle through? Is that what others have found?1 -
Exact same thing happened for me yesterday. Mine also shows Flexible Octopus. Although I didn't send a photo of my export reading from the meter. I'll try that now.0

First day of Flux export and £10.50 profit (from solar). Happy days... Given the weather forecast it should be a good week!
Edit: I should have indicated that that is made up of £6.52 generation and £7.20 export FiT.0 -
I’m pretty sure that you can’t have both FiT payments and Flux export!8 x Jinko Tiger Neo 54c 415W, Huawei 3k L1 HV ph Hybrid inverter and 2 x 5kWh LUNA batteries on 15° roof facing SW on the southern edge of Bristol.1

I thought it was possible to keep FIT but then permanently sacrifice deemed export for SEG?
