Only been on Flux 3 weeks, but it's been much better than Agile so far.
Should be even better as the days get longer.

Just had confirmation that my export has been set up, will be getting paid from Tuesday.

Two weeks and one day since I got an email saying they were applying for my export MPAN.

That would have been export between the 15th March-31st March as the lower export rate of 22.98 p/kWh started on the 1st April.

My situation is different to yours (I think) as I only had a smart meter fitted a few weeks ago and immediately signed up to Flux. However I've too had several emails telling me I'm changing suppliers (I'm not), asking for meter readings. When I queried it, octopus did apologize for the wording, turns out the meter reading they required was for my export. Still not finalized, but hopefully getting close.

I left my FITS generation payments with my existing supplier, just moved my exports over (thought it would be quicker), and didn't get those emails. But if you are moving your FITS generation then you are changing FITS supplier, sounds like they used the wrong email template.

Thanks I gave them the option.. move it all if it was easier / faster plus if they do move my FIT I have one less account to worry about although Eon have been exemplary in their FIT payment management

Actually just signed in to Octopus on web and have this, no email though. This must be because they are not transferring my export over - had the email yesterday confirming that.
