    I was there on the 27th. I paid on the 27th. Receipt for payment says 26th. RingGo have now sent an email saying I paid on the 27th. The PCN says No Payment for the 27th. 

    Should I just appeal to TPS stating that and supplying the email from RingGo?

    This receipt.  It's a virtual one on your RingGo app?  You are right; this is RingGo's fault, so reply and tell them the receipt date error is theirs and they MUST confirm this or pay you £40 to cover the resulting PCN, you will sue RingGo.

    Did you pay for more than the stay?
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Parking charges end at 5pm (Mon-Fri) on that particular site. The payment covers the duration of the visit.

  • I am currently disputing a PCN from Total Parking Solutions from January following advice from the forum. My car was parked in a University of Surrey car park on Jan 27th, parking was paid using the RingGo app but RingGo list the session for Jan 26th. The VAT receipt clearly shows payment was made on Jan 27th but for the 26th, which is incorrect. RingGo are refusing to admit their error and I am now struggling to find the right approach to try and dispute the PCN. Desperate for some advice.

    Apologies, I should have been clearer. I submitted the letter as advised on the forum, disputing the PCN sending a copy of the email from RingGo that categorically says payment was made on the 27th, when my vehicle was parked in the car park. TPS have responded asking for proof of payment. I've gone back to RingGo but they are refusing to issue a new proof of payment with the correct details. The current VAT receipt I have obtained from RingGo states payment made on the 27th but for a session on the 26th (when my vehicle wasn't parked in the car park). What are my options?

    I've provided an email from RingGo confirming I paid on the 27th plus a copy of my bank statement showing payment made to TPS. TPS want a copy of the electronic VAT receipt, which states the session was on the 26th. RingGo won't issue another, so I'm a bit stuck.
