Hi guys
I have a free bundle sim from RWGMOBILE but cannot work out how to get my free balance i have tried the (info to 669)  also the info ukrwg0/1 to 669 but all i get is your Free Bundle was added.
I have had the free bundle for well over a year i didn't pay anything for it it was just free at the time, then over time its gone up to one off payments of £5/10/15 for the free Bundles
Now they have finished the Free Bundles altogether at the moment.
Any help would be much apricated.

    Just worked for me.
However rwg t&Cs say 1 free bundle at a time, so if info ukrwg1 works 0 should return "no matching bundles" imo.

Check what you are typing. I've a few replies saying I have no matching bundles which had the wrong message. I often type rwguk by accident. Type, info ukrwg0

A question for anyone who pays for a monthly bundle.  Is the process completely automatic each month once you've purchased the first month?
This is for a friend who is blind and he wants something that's easy.  The £3.50 per month appears to be much better than paying £5 for Asda, Smarty or Lebara.  Also, other messages mention problems with the monthly payments for these providers.

    From their website;
"Our £3.50 SIM gives you unlimited mins and SMS each month plus data allowance of 2GB. This will renew each month until cancelled."

It operates like any other direct debit.

Technically it is a continuing payment authority. I believe the post relates to issues people have had remaining on the attractive deal they signed up to. A lot of that is accidentally cancelling renew on the online account, or not updating their payment details.
One issue with rwg and visual impairments is would your friend be able to use the text balance query?
It is useful to see how much of your allowance you have left.

You reckon I should tell Halifax they got it wrong?

    And RWG?

Yes, if your payment method was set up through Opayo (who they use now, as shown when ordering a new sim/subscription):

If you signed up yonks ago though and your payment method was setup through GoCardless (who, as I recall, you had to provide with bank account details) then that is a direct debit.

Apologies. I hadn't realised rwg had used direct debits in the past. While the difference is largely negligible continuing payment authorities give the payee more flexibility and are more secure because of cardholder verification. AFAIK the direct debit guarantee does not apply though and if your card number is changed the payment will fail.
