Hello, quick update after firing off the previous points to the company:

    “Afternoon

    Thank you for your email.

I believe i have explained our position which was confirmed by the governing bodies as well.

In conclusion , i would like to say that the tickets were issued in the right order and are being cancelled as a goodwill gesture.

As confirmed yesterday by CPM , you will receive your refund. Please contact me if it doesn’t happen in the new few weeks.

    Kind Regards

     xxxxx xxxxxx

    Business Manager”

It never fails to astound us at the levels of ignorance shown by "managers" or other persons who are, or work for, the organ grinders and think the proverbial shines out of their monkeys' sphincters. This one raises them to a new level.   :s

Thank you all for your replies. Think they are rattled with the back and forth of the emails! I will reply to them with the recent points raised above 🙂

Quick update and will put this case to bed. The parking company processed a refund over a week ago and sent a refund confirmation via email. Not heard back from the land management company again.

Big thank you to everyone and especially Coupon-mad for all the help. Amazing how two PCN’s were over turned so quickly by complaining directly to the land owners.

Hi I would like to get advice on the parking fine I have received. I have permit for disable parking space in underground car parking. I have received penalty for no parking outside of a marked bay.  The car was on yellow lines which is usable only for my parking space. All other parking bays are completely separate so my car will never get in the way of other people. I assume this parking charge is illegal. The car is use by able-bodied person and a wheelchair user. I would really appreciate any advice on it.
