Complain to your MP and ask them to lean on the landowner to cancel this harassment and to tell Trace to stop lying to you that they can send the boys round.

Well, I received my local MP's office reply this morn:
Thank you for your reply and I would be very happy to contact GXS Services Ltd on your behalf. I would need the PCN reference and the registration of the vehicle.
However, the two local MPs have never had a PCN issued by a private parking company overturned or quashed.

Then the two local MPs are useless. I've helped people get tens of thousands cancelled over the years...!
Anyway the complaint here is about Trace (you say) lying to you that they can send a bailiff round before court, which they can't.

No, parking ticket was in Sussex, my MP is in Bedfordshire.
Sorry Trace didn't say that, as above when I researched them on t'internet Moneynerd etc said that ..."potentially visiting your home". Another bugbear is that GXS said they would inform me whether I'd been successful and what the next steps would be, in the event that I hadn't, within 28 days...all I got, 5 days after the 28 days was up, was their final reminder threatening me with Trace. Surely there's a loophole there? Is it worth my MP writing to them?
