  • Write to the company saying you have received the card and it's available for them to collect or arrange return from your address for the next three months. Tell them that if they do not contact you for collection or return in that time you will assume that they wish you to have the benefit of it and will use it.

    Seconding this, 100%.
  • As “REJP” states....
”I’m surprised you even have to ask the question”
I DO NOT agree that “to use them is stealing”
keep ‘em and smile when you spend ‘em
The phrase manna from heaven seems appropriate in this instance
    Lucky You......Enjoy!

I am not sure but it could be argued that you commit fraud if you keep something that you know was wrongly sent to you. I would send the cards back. Then at least your conscience will be clear and you can expect to have peace about it.
  • Absolutely you should keep the cards as a small compensation for your lost time and inconvenience of trying to sign up
  • Please return it, it really is theft.
  • Sit on them a few months..if they don’t get in touch then it’s a winner 👍🏻
  • Keep them obviously. Honestly, nobody would care, these are automatically issued.
  • A friend of mine who was in business had this philosophy. If he made the mistake, then he pays for that, while at the same time also saying that if the customer made the mistake, then they pay. However, he did not always go by that as that may sour his relationship with his clients, particularly if they have then or in the past placed a large order. Thus, in this case, the company has made the mistake, so it is their loss and, if they then try to retrieve those cards, then they should pay compensation for its return and inconvenience caused to that (lost) client.
