Chase - Nutmeg £100 opening bonus

Looking at the t&c’s. Am I right in thinking that I can:
1. Deposit £1000 but only invest £500 into a GIA?
2. Wait to deposit until early April?
Not wanting to keep the investment after receiving the bonus, so just looking at reducing risk.0 -

Is this offer targeted, as I can see the nutmeg promo in the app but no mention of a £100 anywhere.
Tried to clear down my partial application. Online chat says the request must be made by email (rather than chat on secure app ??) and will take a couple of days. I've literally cut'n'pasted the chat into an email to them.

and an email confirming I signed up via Chase, that I will be eligible for the cashback (speaking as someone who missed out on some Amazon cashback for an order I placed before activating that offer in the app).
(Offer now live on iOS btw!)0 -

(Offer now live on iOS btw!)It was an email titled "Welcome to Nutmeg" beginning "Your account is set up and ready, for whenever you decide to start your investment journey. As you've registered through Chase..."I received it about 20 minutes after completing my application. It would have been after I set up my pot and had been through the suitability questionnaire (they'd already sent me a couple of secure messages about this before the email arrived).0 -

Not sure if this a quirk of the iOS integration being a bit behind android (we can signup, but not view accounts yet in Chase) - but we also can't easily fund from Chase, so I had to fund via. my chase debit card but I can't see any rules about that.
It is a bit weird Chase aren't part of their preferred "easy bank transfer" system because they don't support Open Banking yet!0
