Oh, I see what you mean. I didn't have such an email either but I am satisfied that I have evidence that Nutmeg know that I signed up via Chase. Perhaps ask them to confirm to you?

They'd have no business doing a hard search, as they don't offer a credit facility. I've not seen any activity at all in my Experian/Equifax/TransUnion reports after opening my account. Presumably the overarching JPMorgan Chase Bank AML check when I opened my Chase account was sufficient for the JPM group of companies.

Thanks for that. Useful if you've managed to bogger up the Chase/Nutmeg deal and are just chasing signup bonuses.

Hi, can I just check. So if I deposit £1k today in the Nutmeg acc, it states I’ll receive the £100 within 5 days after 30th June 23 (as long as it’s still there) but after that can I just take my money back? I’ve extremely new to savings let alone investing! :-)
