Yes my money is in the bank and got £2.19 in dividends.1

£20 down on the safest investment plan, disgusting. My girlfriend took the riskiest one and is only down by £6 in the same period. This is why I would never trust any significant money to a fund. And the dumbest thing is the general stock market (US market) is exploding upwards like a hydrogen bomb powered rocket ship in this period too.0

In this short term period, interest rate risk was the risk to avoid.
I would hardly call this "exploding upwards like a hydrogen bomb powered rocket ship". The problem with the US market at the moment for the UK investor is currency risk, the below chart is rebased to GBP.D924 said:And the dumbest thing is the general stock market (US market) is exploding upwards like a hydrogen bomb powered rocket ship in this period too.

Same, but according to my consolidated tax certificate, I've only received £1.10 in dividends between July 2022-April 2023, so it's larger than I would have expected.Rheumatoid said:My money has arrived but I still seem to have £3 in my account which I presume is a dividend of some sort

Is it just me or is it not possible to withdraw money using the app. I could not find withdraw anywhere on the app but can on the website.
Annoyingly, while trying to find it I accidentally added the £100 bonus to my investment pot instead. That was too easy!
Now I have to wait until it is added and then withdraw the lot. What's the chances of a dip in value now!
Edit - yep. Just checked. Down £30 on the £1100 now

Dividends are paid backdated in many cases, by up to a few months from the point of sale.Rheumatoid said:My money has arrived but I still seem to have £3 in my account which I presume is a dividend of some sort
Nutmeg will just sit on everything for ~3 months and pay you what's come in since you closed the pot at that time.1
