UKPC / DCB Legal - Letter of Claim - Incorrectly identified as driver

If your MCOL history shows that the DQ (N180) has been sent to you, and has not yet arrived, download it and complete it online, return to the CCBC and copy to the claimant's solicitors.Sola1 said:Hi,
MCOL has been updated per the below, but I still haven't received a N180 form to complete:
Is this normal?Having a 'stay' lifted is quite often seen here - it will have cost the claimant to have it lifted - but, in UKPC/DCB Legal cases, a discontinuation will likely occur some time prior to getting to a hearing. Why they pay for a stay to be lifted, only to eventually discontinue, remains one of the mysteries of this wicked sector. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi all,
Should I be concerned that there is no record showing on MCOL of me filing a DQ?
I received an auto-response email from CCBCAQ when I filed it on 16 Aug, but nothing else.0 -

Earlier this evening I posted this on another thread...
That earlier post of mine is at this moment just five threads away from your thread on the index list.KeithP said:Wait patiently.
The CCBC seem to be taking a couple of months or more to deal with this sort of thing.
You have the auto reply so nothing to be worried about.
Rarely do we see a new question here.
