Hi all,
Thanks for the pointers re. filing my defence. I've now finally received the Claimant's N180 form.
Am I right in thinking that I should shortly receive my own form to complete from the CCBC?
Having completed this and sent it to the CCBC & Claimant, when is the court hearing likely to be? Is there anything else to work on/complete in the interim?

If you click on and skim-read any other claim threads ahead of you (we have hundreds and you will learn good info from them if you just browse the forum every week at least) you'll find out how long it's currently taking (about 2 months).PRIVATE 'PCN'?
