If it's a very good quality knife you and there's not much of the tip missing you might find someone who can grind it down to a new point.

Admittedly it's hard to find anyone who can sharpen a knife these days let alone do some remedial work on one.  If you know a good butcher shop they might know someone who can help.  There used to be a small shop in a village near us (south coast) who actually advertised that they would sharpen knives for customers.

We've used these in the past - https://knifesharpening.uk/
You send them your knives by post and they sharpen and send back to you. They were kind enough to fix the tip of one of our knives for free.

Just to point out that the post above is a necropost - previously posted over a year ago (Feb 2023).

And looking at the website, it seems they are not yet live...

I've no idea what a 'necropost' is! Regardless they did a good job when we used them.

It's adding a new reply to a thread that hasn't had any activity for a long period; in most cases the original poster has probably moved on by the time it was resurrected.

The problem is that others then come along and people dont look at the dates, assume it's current, and so spend time writing replies when clearly the OP hasn't sat around with a broken knife for over a  year waiting on suggestions. As such people get irritated at those resurrecting old threads - some are done with good intentions, others are done to simply create volume of posts/recommend their own company etc.

Or in this case, 1 year and 6 weeks.
Sometimes later replies can  be helpful but it is probably a good idea if you are doing a search to check the dates of the initial post and later replies, mainly because the MSE search function is pretty awful and does throw up random ancient posts at times.

Well, this WAS the website. It was a couple of years ago we used them. They did a good job. Perhaps they've changed their name? Sorry. I was just trying to help.
