Without a table saw, I’d need to fix the stripwood to the lining, then painstakingly sand down to match the wall. Then, fix the architrave. Then, tediously fill in the gap between the architrave and stripwood.0

Though, I’m contemplating buying a cheap planer blade, just for MDF usage!
