Shell Energy Amazon Reward voucher

I'm after some advice
I signed up with Shell Broadband as they had a £100 Amazon voucher deal which I was told you'd get sent automatically after a certain amount of time
I received an email saying ' thanks for registering for the reward' and asking to click the link to go onto another 3rd party website
to make sure ' you don't miss out'
The link didnt go to the website , so On calling amazon , I was told it would be sent automatically .
That time has now passed and nothing has transpired .. I have called Amazon several times and have been told to contact the 3rd party.
I have left several message with the 3rd party ' Decision Technology' as no one answers the phone and as you can guess, I ve heard nothing back!
The £100 voucher made it a good deal and the only reason I signed up , so I'm feeling a little miffed to say the least as my contract is with Shell and it was sold to the customer that the voucher would be yours, if you signed up with Shell
Is there anything I can do and has any one else had any issues with them?

AFAIK the deal/contract isn't complete until everything is in place, thats when the 14 day change of mind policy starts if you bought online
So if that is the case you can cancel
there will be others showing up soon and give a more accurate view
I received the voucher and have used it twice at Tesco
