Ryanair have said due a refund but won’t send it

My partner and I went on holiday in August and had a 3.5 hour delay. When we contact Ryanair they said yes we are due a refund of £650. I booked the holiday on my credit card but when we filled in the compensation form my partner put his bank details in for the money to go to. They have said they have sent it but we haven’t received it. They are asking for proof that we haven’t received this amount. They keep saying they’ve sent it and I feel like we are just going round in circles. Has anyone had a similar experience and what did you do? TIA

It's presumably compensation rather than a refund as such, but in cases where funds transfers haven't completed then the sender should make the unique Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) available to you to allow tracking with your bank.
