Yes you could do that. You're not paying anything yet, are you? It will give them something to chew on for a bit.

Yes not paying, I am ready to setup a payment plan ( token amount ) as I already have have budget it, so don't want to delay it, however eventually I would like to have a success( hope they cannot find it ) with CCA request, so just want to make sure if requesting CCA in one year time has more chance of success then now, I don't want to request it now just for the sake of buying more time.0

Although some debtors have had results from 2 year old accounts, with CCA requests, most agreements these days are taken out online, so should be fairly straightforward to produce CCA.
At this point in time it will only be useful as a delaying tactic, its best employed much later in the process after your debts have been long since defaulted and sold on more than once, so if your hoping for non compliance at this early stage, I very much doubt it will happen.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. You can make payments on their website, you don`t need their approval to make a payment, just do it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
