I was completing the income expenses details on nedcab.cabmoney.org.uk. It is asking my wife income as well, I am not doing joint DMP but only for my self, do I need to provide my wife income details as well?
Ok, now it is waiting for game, I have canceled all direct debits, and will update once I have some news or need some advice, thank you everyone for your precious time.
  • Hi do I need to send holding letters while waiting for default, or should not have any contact?

It is normally better to have no contact, if you send letters they will often put you onto breathing space or a payment holiday which can delay the defaults.

No you can do it just for you, so you could put her details as 0. Remember that DMPs are informal arrangements, there are no set requirements for what you send to the creditors so you can edit the documents that that site produces,

I agree with this, if you contact them then they might try and be "helpful", which usually makes things worse for you as it affects your credit record for longer.
  • Thank you @Rob5342 & @SusieT, will not communicate and now it is waiting game until default, will have to ignore all calls from unknown numbers.

It can be quite a long waiting game and can get frustrating at times. To be fair to the lenders, a lot of it is due to them trying to give you a chance to sort things out before bad markers are put on your credit file, and they aren't to know that's exactly what you want.
  • Vanquis now calling at my work place, how can I stop it? I work in accountancy firm and everyone knows what is Vanquis and will have idea why they calling, is there a way for credit card companies to stop calling at work place?

Yes you write and tell them to remove your works phone number from their systems as persistent calls to that number, against your wishes, is a breach of GDPR.

They will continue to call until you either tell them to remove the number or you engage with them.
