Hi all x
managed about 2 hours sleep before I had to get up for work. Made my pasta for lunch with leftover Bol from last nights dinner. Was supposed to finish at 5 but my cover said she had told the owner she couldn’t come in till 8 ( he’d have never agreed) so long and the short of it is I’m here till midnight or until I’m finished cleaning up.Piggers have you done those meter readings yet?Valli 🤗I'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged7 -
Glad to see the hill climbing coming on Iona.
Well done on the no-spenders ASB.
Up and at the gym pool earlier than usual as we had to be out of bed for the wardrobe fitter to come in! He is doing well, hardly stopped for a break from 8.30 till after 6pm. We're a bit concerned the actual hanging space looks smaller than what we had, but I suppose it is early days to tell......fingers crossed. The planner assured us there was equal if not more room.
Filled bird feeders.
Did some of a report; not as much as I'd hoped as I got sidetracked looking at accommodation for Norfolk again....think we have narrowed it down to 2 with 1 preferred. Will have a final look tomorrow and hopefully it will still be available.
Still trying to eat out of the freezer, it is now starting to show gaps which is good as we can see what is left - my list system seems to be well behind. Dragged out some quorn bolognese which was fine, just added a few more mushrooms.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.7 -
Ty for reminders.. my leccy bill is looking at being around £810 .. and the gas around £285.. If anyone has any spare change around lol..

Morning all
Heavy wind and rain here, not encouraging to get up and at ‘em!
Hoping the bin hasn’t blown over…
Another tip trip on the cards, as well as some paid stuff and yet more decluttering. I unearthed a suitcase full of ‘stuff’ which I know we really don’t need…
Have super days all x9 -

Oh well that was fun, got of my backside, this afternoon, went out in the wind, with my big chain saw to cut back some trees before the birds start nesting, the chain saw now needs a new chain as I caught the metal chain link fence with it, wops!.As of tomorrow I'll be home alone, OH is away for 2 weeks, NND as also away, so it is me and 5 cats! So yesterday I batched cook HM chicken curry, today it was sweet sour pork, all is good, lasagne tomorrow so that would give me about 14 meals.Washing up is done.Paving slabs sort of cut with hammer and chisel to size to fit in front the water butt, looks a bit of a mess, as I wasn't very good at chisling, but in 6 months time you won't notice it (fingers crossed)Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles
