What a weird way to price goods.

Currently £2.1k in one place, £2.25k at AO with their membership and £3.5k everywhere else. I've got loads of Currys vouchers to use so having to wait until it's somewhere they'll price match at around the £2k mark. Will give it until the end of the month.

I have the Samsung French door FF (without the “family hub” screen) and has no problems at all with it.

HiSense do a good range of French door Fridge Freezers.

We bought the black 'double door' one (the one with doors both top fridge and bottom freezer). Umm'd and ahh'd about the double door one, or one with freezer drawers, but went with the door version as we assumed we'd chuck stuff into the bottom of the freezer drawer, cover it with other stuff, and then forget its there. We did this exact thing with a chest freezer, and when we moved house recently I was finding stuff in the freezer that had been there for over 4 years....Oooops

Works a treat, was relatively cheap (compared to Samsung) and is big enough for a pizza

If you want to save even more, take a look at AVForums - they have a classifieds section for trading in gift cards and you can often get Currys vouchers for about 80% of value, I do this for quite a lot of purchases. Topcashback or quidco on top helps bring the price down even more
