It might help if you state where you found this email address - please supply the URL of the page where you found it."The problem with Internet quotes is that you can't always depend on their accuracy" - Abraham Lincoln, 18640

As the Domain is correct, it would seem to be legit. To be sure, don’t click ‘reply’ as the underlying email address could be different. Type the address in manually.0

isthe contact email for the forum team (no colon), copied and pasted from the Forum FAQ.

The domain is OK but I'm pretty sure colons are not allowed by any of the RFCs covering the local part of email addresses although some email clients allow it as a separator. Did you add this yourself?0

Can you provide more detail as to what it refers to, what the email is requesting from you? As above the address is correct but emails can show one email address but reply to another unrelated.
Btw for me - literally straight above your post I get this message complete with the correct email:
Hello Forumite.
Did you know Forumites are able to edit and delete their own posts? Just hit the cog icon at the top right of your post and select ‘edit’ or ‘delete’. (You're not able to delete the first post in a thread yourself, but you can send a request to do so to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.)
You're also able to post links and images. Enjoy!

It's a genuine email address but obviously MSE has no control over your junk email filter settings, so the fact that your email software chose to perceive it as junk isn't MSE's problem!0

Hi OP
Google how to identify a genuine email address.
