You need to pursue this through the sellers who presumably made the delivery arrangements with Evri.

… but after I uploaded the Resolver transcript they reversed that decision and issued a refund. I have slight sympathy for that last seller as he is presumably out of pocket.  But only slightly because he basically refused to follow up with Evri or enter into any discussion.

It's possible eBay did a goodwill refund out of their own pocket rather than the seller's.
