Well done, what were the main points discussed and the basis on which it was decided in your favour?

    "No show" rules.
Because the tickets I purchased had rights of change and and cancellation once you show up at the airport.

The airline website states that "no show" means not checked it at the airport or physically not being at the airport whereas at the court the airline rep said that "no show" rules meaning that passengers must be show up on the plane !  The judge was very knowledgable about flights issues, he said that I never heard of such statement about "no show" rules.
The judge asked for evidence of this statement which they did not have it.
I had supplied many evidences to prove that it means showing up at the airport and/or checked in at the airport.
and since the airlines was accepting we checked in at the airport, the judge allowed my claim and also added five percent interest charge to the cost of ticket value.
