You have to understand the process. ZZPS are not a party to any alleged contract you are alleged to have breached by Wing Parking. ZZPS offer a service to Wing Parking ad any other bottom-dwelling PPC on a no-win-no-fee basis.
The service ZZPS off is that they will cause the victim to poop their pants with nasty, threatening letters and get them to pay up the now inflated fee. We know on here nd have advised/told you why you shouldn't be communicating with them. It matters not one iota that they have a BPA logo. They could have a royal warrant as far as anyone is concerned. It means nothing.
They are not a party to the alleged contract. Eventually, they will go back to the PPC and say "we tried" but no luck here. Not gullible pant poopers so back to you PPC. The PPC then has to decide whether it is worth making a claim or cutting their loss and search for other, more gullible victims. Many try a claim because as soon as an official court claim drops on their doormat, some victims who were brave enough at debt crawler stage now crumble at the though of court and pay up.
So, stop being thin skinned. It is perfectly understandable to want to protect your elderly parents from this kind of scamming behaviour. Just do as @Coupon-mad has advised and get it all directed at you.3
