It should do, but it's only a pretend Penalty Notice. APCOA trying to intimidate you with the term 'Penalty'.  These lookalikes can sometimes mutate into a 'contractual Parking Charge Notice', APCOA flipping and flopping between them. So be prepared to have some different headings on silly letters post-April. Nothing to concern yourself about though.

Just come back on this thread if that happens, it will be interesting to see how the DLUHC might react to that (if the consultation has still not concluded).

Hello,

Newbie here. I have read the threads but unsure what the course of action should be.

A Parking charge at Hassocks station was left stuck to the drivers side window for not paying for parking.

There is no evidence the driver paid but as the app was glitching & could not be logged in to they do not have ‘evidence’.

This is the parking charge attached.
unsure if due to wording on the ticket it can be appealed by the keeper of the vehicle?
Nothing has been received in the post and currently 16days since window ticket received.

Any help really appreciated.
