@JingsMyBucket - can you ask over on the Fashion on the Ration page if they know what to use instead of Woolite. Woolite is a fairly new product and Laura_Elsewhere has given many suggestions on washing wool on that site before. They might be able to help you with what to use instead.

So much for staying under £150 this month. I have a running total of £166.29 but I have an excuse (Sir)... I had a £15 off £70 to use at Morries online by today and noticed the shower gloop we use is on offer - so I stocked up on four and a number of other store-cupboard items. When I collected (click & collect included) there were no sweet biscuits, lettuce or the chocolate (on offer) I wanted to gift for Easter so it was a total of £46.74 instead of £55. I still got the £15 off because at the point when I ordered they had them.
As I was driving to the town I also bagged a TGTG of lovely veg and fruit so another £3.09 for two packs each of calabrese and tender stem broccoli, a burst bag of carrots, 2 bags of wonky potatoes, a pre-packed bag of cauliflower and broccoli florets, a net of courgettes, a burst pack of three leeks and a net of easy peelers. Brilliant!
I will have one more milkman weekly bill and possibly some Greek-style yogurt to stock up on this month but otherwise we will manage with what we have in.Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)

Just nipped to Aldi and spent £4.54 on milk, veg and 2 bottles of lemonade.
I rummaged around for the biggest swede that I could find as they are all 62p and not sold by weight. Only £10.00 left for the rest of the month which I think is possible but with DH popping to shops for milk and bread who knows what else we might end up with. 🤦♀️.
Came home to try to put together the most frugal shopping list that I can for March. I am once again shocked by the still rising prices of some things. DH likes one cup of coffee a day. I bought 3 jars of his favourite when it was on offer some months ago. Today he has informed me he is running out. It has gone up to £7.00 a 200g jar! I am sure that it was under £6.00 last time that I bought it. What is even more annoying is that it was on offer last week. Its another thing I need to only buy on offer now but I will get it as a treat for him just this once!

@Soontobeoap - it might be a good idea if you DH tells you when he's started the last jar of coffee so you've got a bit of time to wait for an offer. We buy coffee beans and buy 6Kg at a time and tend to use different companies each time depending on which is cheapest! Would prefer not to have to buy as much in one go but it's always much more expensive to buy just one or 2 Kg at a time.

Thanks @joedenise that is the plan. He doesnt always remember sadly. I have just discovered that it is £1.00 cheaper in Sainsburys so we could be headed there next week. 🤣craft stash 2023 =161, 2024 = 119 2025 = £25.96 spent, 128 made and 5 mended,

Think I’m on about 415 with a bulk shop to Aldi and one Tesco shop to go but majority of those will be eaten next month6

Week 3 £29.45, total so far for February £149.98
This week was really low but only bought what we actually needed and no extras for store cupboard which is getting low. Next week will be higher as we will need both coffee beans and instant coffee - quickest way to say goodbye to a tenner!!! OH did eat out with friends from work but I only include meals out from this budget when we go together or if only me. Have kept to meal plan again so far, though the days may change around but I make the planned meals to maximise freezer and store cupboard bits.
Wishing everyone a good week.
