I received the £200 switch bonus today - I switched mid-Feb.

So ... am I "safe" to switch away now? I don't like their app so moving elsewhere. I had a check through the T&Cs and don't think there is any thing else I need to do (i.e. not switch).

Has anyone downgraded their Edge account to a Everyday account?while waiting for the next switch to come along i dont really want to pay the monthly fee but cannot see on the account if this is possible,tia.

After waiting nearly 4 months for my bonus and calling several times to be told I've met all the requirements and it will be deposited in good time I was told today that I cannot get it because I switched once before in 2021!

My mistake but bloody frustrating, I don't remember it mentioning this on MSE when it was announced? ah well
