My switch completed 31st January and not got my incentive yet

I wouldn't worry too much about it - they say they'll pay it within 30 days of checking, and checking is only done "on or after" 60 days of applying to switch, so I was fully prepared to wait until the 30th of this month. In your case, presumably you applied to switch on 23rd Jan for it to complete on the 31st. So 23rd Jan + 60 = 24th Mar for them to start checking. So they then have until 23rd Apr (24th Mar + 30 days) to pay up.

Yes I know how long they have got but I presumed that being a customer already I might get it earlier 

I also know about I should  presume nothing lol

Hoping ill be ok.  I first joined Santander about 13 years back and then left a couple of year ago but i cant remember for the life of me if i got a switch bonus back all the way back then.  
Spoke to the lady in the bank who thought you had to have had an offer within a certain number of years so hopefully ok.
Applied on the 31st Jan, switch completed 8th Feb but not heard anything yet
