  • Yes, I'm using Lycamobile (O2) and II text codes come through so late they have expired about 50% of the time.  But I get in eventually, then the main pain isn't anything to do with recent changes, the fund name abbreviations are appalling (and always have been) !
Thus what the FT describe as "iShares US Equity Index Fund (UK) D Acc" is abbreviated by II to "BLAK MANA".  No, I don't get it either, except I assume that BLAK refers to Blackrock which is the organisation that issues iShares.  Of course there's a 12 character ISIN code, and even a popular shorter form of that, but II choose not to show those on my statements.
Two separate Evenlode funds that I hold are identified on my statements with the identical abbreviation "TB EVEN".  The only way I can tell them apart is by looking at the "quantity" column, but why should I have to do that ?

  • I am on the O2 network and last Friday evening I tried to login and requested the code was resent a few times over 15 minutes but did not receive anything. Saturday around 11am I suddenly received 9 text messages with a few different codes all at once.
Tonight the same problem - no text received even after requesting a resend twice. Will have to try ringing when I have a spare 20 minutes during working hours  :-)
