They will, if requested, remove 2fa from your account. If you do this II do impose certain restrictions on things you can do online but you can trade...0

I know you're not supposed to keep track of changes so frequently but it seems the daily gain/loss either in £ or % is gone. Boo!I miss this too - found it interesting to compare to overall gain/loss.BTW no problems with ii texts on Virgin.0 -

If you go to the top LHS (directly above the holdings)there are 3 dots to the left of "Group by". This gives you access to the Column Configurator (appears RHS of my screen). Clicking the "eye" icon switches columns on / off and clickand drag moves the columns around. Day gain / loss % is there near the bottom, but switched off by default. Good news is the changes do seem to stay once you've clicked "Submit"

My Column Configurator changes do not stay saved and change sometimes when going between other parts on the site , like alerts (which again sometimes displays other time blank) feel let down on the poor execution of the new site.

I would suggest you use an Authentification app to act as the additional layer of security. I'd expect ii offer this as an option, it would mean you wouldn't have to mess about with text messages."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

This seems to be the case with most financial companies, PayPal is the only one I know of that uses TOTP (authenticator app) for 2FA.
Those that do use an app for authntication, seem to use their own app.0 -

I wish financial institutions would adopt more secure methods of 2fa as sms is kind of insecure these days.0
