Interactive Investor login texts

Has anyone else experienced issues with receiving the verification text sent out by Interactive Investor to login to their account, they send a 6 digit number as an extra layer of security for login.
I am not receiving the texts, Interactive Investor are claiming they are sending them and there is not an issue at their end, my mobile phone provider insists there is not a problem at their end. Interactive Investor have mentioned a couple of times (6 support calls so far) that there may be an O2 issue, I am with O2 and am aware of one other Interactive Investor customer on O2 that does not receive these texts, I'm also aware of another on EE that is receiving texts, but that's hardly conclusive, hence I am posting the question.
A quick filtered search on Trustpilot highlights similar issues, some being resolved or have work arounds, but no detail.
To date Interactive Investor are polite and offering to remove the security layer, but that is not a satisfactory solution. I have even changed mobile phone providers to see if I could find a more helpful one, albeit still on O2, I need O2 where I am, good signal / 4G coverage etc.

Probably doesn't help but I use ii and receive texts with no issue via Sky mobile which piggybacks on O2 network0

I also use ii and have no problems receiving their texts with my EE phone.0

Do you have access to another mobile e.g. partner, childs and can swap the number to test?0

No verification text issues (plusnet)Others issue with II since new web site launched , blank pages for doc history + watch list + settlements calender + closing deals + dividend re-investment + corporate actions.Getting forced log outs -Not remembering log in code have to do it every time which if you getting logged out can be a pain.Their log in page does state in their blue box "Rest assured you will still be able to access our services and features" which made me laugh , now wearing a little thin.Preferred their old web site when you had access to the older and new format portfolio pages.

Seem to have received texts OK (Giffgaff). I don't mind the new format as such, but why only organise ITs according to the EPIC whereas funds are by name. That means the portfolio ends up in a different order to my spreadsheet, which is organised by name on all holding types with EPICs / ISINs in a separate column. You can re-organise the coloumns, but not the rows.Hey ho, its new it must be better!0

Giffgaff also, and getting the texts okay.
I also prefer the previous layout!
I know you're not supposed to keep track of changes so frequently but it seems the daily gain/loss either in £ or % is gone. Boo!2 -
I only have to use a verification code if I log on to the website. If I use the App it goes straight to my home page with no problem.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

Since their website 'upgrade' last week I am having to receive a text each time I log in. Ticking 'remember my browser for 30 days" isn't working. Anyone else finding that?

Anyone else finding that?Yes, but I assumed it was my default 'clear cookies on exit' setting and that they'd changed the website address that sets the remembering cookie (which I created an exception for). Explains why I have been unable to fix it!Perhaps they used the same guys as NS&I for their upgrade.
